Interview with Interculturalist Prof. Dr. Milton J. Bennett by Prof. Dr. Christoph Barmeyer, Universität Passau in cooperation with Universität München and Virtuelle Hochschule Bayern

In this wide-ranging interview, Barmeyer encourages Bennett to reflect on how his early personal and academic experiences contributed to his subsequent work, what he considers to be his major contributions to the field, and how he sees future directions. Bennett uses the opportunity to expand on his idea of how epistemological paradigms are changing from relativism to constructivism, the dangers of returning to positivism or of remaining in relativism, and how we might be facilitating the change for purposes of building more viable multicultural societies and organizations.
