Either directly or in cooperation with BID LLC, IDRConsulting participates in professional development programs for corporate managers and executives. Those programs recently have included the European Center for Executive Development (CEDEP, Fontainebleau, France), and the Global Leadership Program (Los Angeles, Paris, Shanghai, Delhi). Through its access to basic intercultural research and state-of-art methodology, IDRConsulting also has provided intercultural capacity-building for large consulting companies such as Ernst & Young, Hewitt, and OSB (Vienna & Berlin).
IDRConsulting is very active in working with colleges, universities, and schools to create climates of respect for cultural diversity. Programs bringing a constructivist intercultural perspective to this effort have recently been conducted at the University of Oregon, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and Kennesaw State University in the USA and in Italy at the University of Milano Bicocca. IDRConsulting also focuses on bringing an intercultural focus to international education, recently at Dartmouth University and Georgia Institute of Technology in the US, and at the University of Milano Bicocca and Duquesne University, Rome in Italy.
Government and NGO Agencies
With funding from Formaper International Agency (Milano), IDRConsulting has participated in Europe-Aid Seychelles Alliance for Women’s Development and the Tacis Institution Building Partnership Program in Uzbekistan. Through presentations to BOZAR, DEVCO, and other agencies, IDRConsulting has provided training for EU International Cooperation and Partnership workers, and with funding from Eni Group, it has also helped to support a large intercultural program for the Oil Ministry of Kazakhstan.
